Rebecca Burrows works closely with Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor in assisting with internal projects across the firm with a focus on the performance of each department.

She assists on a wide range of management projects, particularly related to observing and redefining core processes and procedures across departments. Key areas of focus are efficiencies, IT systems, workflows, data capture and SLAs.

She also provides practical advice, detailed action plans and closely works with each department to monitor and assist in the implementation of new procedures.

Rebecca joined the firm in 2015 as a Legal Assistant in the Debt Recovery team and completed her training contract at the firm in March 2020.

As part of her training contract, she gained experience in Wills, Probate, Tax & Trust, Property, Employment and Dispute Resolution.

During her time at the firm, Rebecca has been praised for her diligent and concise approach. She has provided vital support on complex matters including a large-scale disclosure project and high-value employment tribunal claim for disability discrimination. She has also been responsible for running her own litigation files including drafting pleadings and witness statements and the preparation of bundles.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Nottingham Trent University and her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
