In this role, Scott leads a team of specialist talent professionals across a range of disciplines and practice areas, using proactive candidate attraction strategies and managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

He is responsible for leading the firm’s end-to-end recruitment strategy and broader talent planning efforts, working closely with senior leadership to deliver operational and organisational success through the hiring, retention and development of people, covering the full employee lifecycle.
