Scott is a CIPD-qualified Human Resources and Talent Management leader and the Head of Recruitment at Flint Bishop.
In this role, Scott leads a team of specialist talent professionals across a range of disciplines and practice areas, using proactive candidate attraction strategies and managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
He is responsible for leading the firm’s end-to-end recruitment strategy and broader talent planning efforts, working closely with senior leadership to deliver operational and organisational success through the hiring, retention and development of people, covering the full employee lifecycle.

He has a strong track record of delivering initiatives in employer branding, talent mapping, succession planning, training and development, all of which continue to shape Flint Bishop’s evolving people strategy.
