Sukhy Kandola provides advice to our large residential property sales clients, including leading estate agents, on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
By clearly explaining and simplifying each stage, she minimises any associated stress, making the experience more pleasant for everyone involved in the transaction.
Sukhy has also been instrumental in developing partnerships with regional estate agents to enable us to jointly provide a comprehensive conveyancing service. This consolidated approach has proven to reduce time and costs for clients by minimising the touchpoints required when buying or selling a property.

Sukhy has over 18 years of post-qualification experience in acting on all transactions associated with the conveyancing process.
Her experience includes buying and selling freehold or unregistered properties, as well as dealing with new builds and remortgages.
Sukhy completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Queen Mary University of London and her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.
