Georgina is a Senior Associate in our Finance Dispute Resolution team and has significant litigation experience and advises various lending institutions on a broad range of contentious matters, including complex and defended possession proceedings and other mortgage-related disputes.
She also regularly handles title rectification matters and claims involving the Land Registry, as well as professional negligence claims against both solicitors and valuers.
