Jay Hall joined Flint Bishop in September 2025 as a Title Rectification Associate in the Finance Dispute Resolution team in our Leeds office.

Jay specialises in managing complex title rectification and defective security matters, working across residential and commercial conveyancing for a broad range of clients, including private individuals, lenders, and financial institutions. His in-depth technical knowledge and practical approach ensure efficient resolution of issues while maintaining strong client relationships.

Jay also plays an active role in supporting and training junior team members, sharing his extensive conveyancing expertise and contributing to the continued development of the department.

Jay brings over 20 years of experience as a conveyancing and real estate fee earner.

Prior to Flint Bishop he worked at Gordons LLP as a Senior Technical Conveyancer, handling high-value and complex conveyancing matters, title rectification, and real estate transactions. Prior to this, Jay spent eight years at Walker Morris LLP, supporting a wide range of clients including lenders, banks, and private individuals, and advising on matters such as lease extensions, deeds of variation, and adverse possession claims.

Throughout his career, Jay has held senior technical and management responsibilities, overseeing quality control, training colleagues, and providing guidance on complex property and transactional issues.
