Paul is a Partner in our Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts department, based in our Leeds office.
He advises clients on all aspects of private client work, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, and administration of estates. Paul also supports clients with Deputyship and Court of Protection applications and has experience in financial abuse matters.
Known for his empathetic and approachable style, he works closely with clients to provide clear guidance and practical solutions during sensitive and complex personal circumstances.

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience in Private Client work.
He joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having previously worked at Lupton Fawcett. Over his career, Paul has developed expertise in care fee planning, mitigating Inheritance Tax through Wills and Deeds of Variation, preparing and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and assisting with estate administration. He has built long-standing relationships with clients, providing trusted advice to repeat clients and their families during challenging times.
