Molly joined Flint Bishop in 2023 as a collections advisor in the Initial Contact team shortly after completing her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University
Within five months of joining the firm, she transitioned into a legal assistant role within the Litigation team to support a high-volume debt sale project, before progressing to paralegal.
Since the end of 2023, Molly has been closely involved in the newly established Debt Recovery Escalations team, managing complaints for the firm’s largest department largely independently for almost two years.
