Charlie John is an Associate in Flint Bishop’s Commercial Property team, advising businesses, property owners, landlords and tenants on a broad range of real estate transactions and asset management matters.

Charlie advises on all aspects of commercial property law, acting for private companies, investors, landlords, tenants and individual clients across a range of sectors. Her experience includes the sale, purchase and financing of commercial property, as well as providing specialist support on the property aspects of corporate transactions.
She regularly advises both landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters, including new leases, renewals, assignments, licences to underlet, licences to assign and licences for alterations. In addition, Charlie supports clients with wider asset management matters, helping them effectively manage and maximise the value of their property portfolios.
Alongside her general commercial property practice, Charlie has experience advising landowners on telecommunications agreements and supporting businesses with property requirements that arise as part of acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2022, Charlie has developed a reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercially minded advice tailored to her clients’ objectives. Her focus on responsiveness, attention to detail and clear communication helps ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently while minimising risk.
