We have advised the Altrad Group on their acquisition of leading event scaffolding and heating provider Star Events Group.

Deal
Our Corporate & Finance team has advised Altrad Beaver 84, a subsidiary of the Altrad Group, on becoming the major shareholder in the Star Events Group.
The Altrad Group, which is an international, multi-million-pound turnover business based in Montpellier, France, already manages a number of products in the events sector.
This major shareholder acquisition is part of its growth strategy in the competitive events sector.
Star Events Group is a leading scaffolding and seating provider, supplying to global events such as The Royal Windsor Horse Show, V Festival and Download Festival.
This is the sixth acquisition by Altrad in recent years, as they continue to consolidate their market share in the UK scaffolding industry.
