Flint Bishop is pleased to have acted as legal adviser to the majority of the selling shareholders of Millenium Site Services, a Derby-based provider of spray painting, repair, and engineering services, on its sale to UK investment firm Maple House Capital.

Founded in 2000 by Lee Quince, Millenium Site Services has grown into a nationally recognised provider within the rail and transport infrastructure sectors, offering a one-stop solution for engineering, repair, and spray-painting services. The acquisition by Maple House Capital marks a significant milestone for the business, supporting its continued expansion across the UK.

The Flint Bishop Corporate team was led by Martyn Brierley, Partner and Head of Corporate, with assistance from Mark Wilcock, Partner, George Ottewell and Robert Devine, Solicitors in the Corporate Team. Janet Rhodes, Partner and Head of Commercial Property also provided support on commercial property aspects of the transaction. The team worked closely alongside PKF Smith Cooper, who advised on the corporate finance aspects of the deal.

Martyn commented: “The sale of Millenium Site Services and Millenium Properties Limited to Maple House Capital represents a strategic next step in the company’s growth journey, ensuring long-term stability and value creation under new ownership.

“It was a pleasure to work with the shareholders and the wider advisory team on this transaction. Millenium is a standout business with a strong reputation in its sector, and this deal represents a positive outcome for all involved. We wish Innocent Udia and the Maple House Capital team every success as they take the business forward.”

David Crump, Corporate Finance Director who led the transaction team at PKF Smith Cooper, said: “Millenium Site Services is a fantastic example of a family-run business that has grown through a commitment to quality, flexibility, and deep sector expertise. It was a privilege to support Lee, Debra, and Danielle in finding the right buyer to lead the next phase of the company’s journey.

“We were particularly impressed by Innocent’s clarity of vision and commitment to long-term stewardship, which aligns well with the values and legacy of the Millenium team. We wish the team and Maple House Capital every success moving forward.”
