  • Dealt with the development of a harbour in Cornwall, turning it into an ASDA superstore and a major retail park with multiple tenants.
  • Acted for PM Wrigley & Co Limited in the acquisition of a property in Nottingham on an estate. The property value was over £5m and involved extensive due diligence on the site and the occupational lease, along with some complex property management investigation.
  • Acted for the owner/developer of a major new retail development valued up to £5m in Mansfield to negotiate the proposed lease for a conditional agreement with a major anchor tenant supermarket chain.
  • Acted on behalf of a property investment company who were selling their interest in the freehold of a large Tesco site in Oldham with an additional parade of shops. The deal was the sale of the entire issued share capital of the holding company for £53.9m and involved a large amount of due diligence on both the main Tesco site, the parade of approximately 18 shops and a long leasehold residential element.
