Edward Drury joined Flint Bishop in December 2021 as a solicitor in our Commercial Property team at our Derby office.

During his career, Edward has acquired a wealth of high level expertise relating to a range of commercial real estate transactions acting for clients on a local, regional and national basis.

Edward is known his accuracy and efficiency in the way he breaks down the complexities of commercial transactions. His advice is highly detailed and built around his clients’ requirements, providing them with the confidence they need.

Edward’s skill set allows him to act on behalf of investors, individuals, developers, pension schemes and companies advising all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, licences, leases and financing.

Having worked in legal practice since 2014, Edward has built an impressive case portfolio. Notable work highlights include managing residential real estate portfolios for investors in the Buy to Let space and more recently acting on an agricultural acquisition of 170 acres involving three farm business tenancies with a value in excess of £1.5 million.

Edward also has extensive experience acting for landlord and tenants advising on a range of implications including security of tenure, compensations, grounds for regaining possession, and notices.
