Our employment lawyers pride themselves on working closely with you, taking the time to understand your ethos, values and attitude towards employment issues.
This approach enables us to help you to hire, nurture and retain employees who will benefit your business, allowing it to grow and evolve in the direction you need it to.
You will be allocated a lead employment lawyer to work with you on your HR projects, who will be supported by our large team of employment solicitors and HR experts, ensuring that our employment law advice is always accessible.
Our range of pricing structures, which includes a variety of annual fixed-hours packages, have been specifically developed to enable you to confidently budget for your employment law advice. A summary of your used time will be provided each month so that you can internally monitor your usage and manage your expenditure accordingly.
You will also have access to a fully serviced, online document bank containing over 100 documents and templates that can be adapted for a range of scenarios within the employment relationship.
Our Employment team is well-established, with a strong reputation for providing commercial and pragmatic employment and HR support to a wide array of organisations, from family-run owner-managed businesses through to educational establishments and global PLCs.
We frequently advise our clients on contract and policy writing, disciplinaries, sickness and absence issues, capability issues, redundancies and restructures, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, implementing and managing restrictive covenants, TUPE support and issuing bulk settlement agreements.
The diverse experience and expertise within the team enables us to advise on even the most complex of employment issues, including defending employers at employment tribunals involving protected disclosure and discrimination.
In addition, our solicitors routinely attend and support a number of our clients’ internal meetings including grievance and disciplinary hearings and are also able to assist with employee engagement activities to support retention and welfare in the workplace.
