Becky Madden joined Flint Bishop in November 2022 as a senior associate in our Employment team.

With a career in employment law spanning almost two decades, Becky brings exceptional expertise and dedication to supporting employers in navigating complex legal and HR matters.

In 2025, Becky assumed the role of training manager, where she oversees the planning, content, and delivery of our employment law seminars, e-learning products, and bespoke training sessions. She also provides regular HR updates and ongoing commentary on key developments in employment law, ensuring that clients remain informed and compliant in an ever-changing legal landscape.

Becky’s ability to deliver engaging and interactive training, combined with her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service, makes her an invaluable asset to both our firm and our clients.

Becky qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and specialised exclusively in employment law throughout her career.

She has advised and represented employer clients on a wide range of employment matters, including terms and conditions of employment, TUPE transfers, restructures and redundancies and more. Her extensive experience includes industries such as retail, catering, leisure, and manufacturing. Becky also works closely with charitable organisations and provides expert advice to other law firms on their employment law issues.

In addition to advising clients, Becky has tailored service agreements, drafts policies, and represents clients before the Employment Tribunal. She is highly regarded for her ability to prepare and deliver bespoke training sessions and seminars, which are tailored to the unique needs of each audience.

Becky’s accomplishments include being recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500, reflecting her reputation for excellence in employment law. She was also an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association, further demonstrating her commitment to the profession.
