Joseph Weston is an Associate in Flint Bishop’s Employment team, advising businesses on a wide range of employment law matters.

Recognised for his pragmatic, commercially focused approach, Joseph works closely with employers to help them navigate workplace challenges with confidence. He builds strong relationships with his clients, taking the time to understand their objectives and providing clear, practical advice that supports informed decision-making.

Alongside advising businesses, Joseph also assists employees, including senior executives, on matters such as settlement agreements and contractual rights.

Joseph advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, supporting employers through day-to-day HR issues, the preparation of employment documentation and the resolution of workplace disputes.

He regularly assists businesses with employment contracts, workplace policies and wider compliance matters, helping them manage risk while maintaining best practice.

He has experience handling Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. In addition, Joseph works closely with Flint Bishop’s Corporate and Finance team, advising on the employment aspects of business acquisitions and transactions to ensure employment considerations are effectively managed as part of wider corporate matters.
