Ian Beardmore has been with Flint Bishop since 1992 and was instrumental in leading and growing our Commercial Property team, assembling a highly-experienced team of property solicitors and legal experts with a strong development focus.

Primarily acting for clients from the retail, leisure, industrial and residential property sectors, in addition to advising schools and charities, Ian specialises in site acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, joint ventures, options, funding arrangements and agreements.
