He also frequently supports landlords and tenants with their property and estate management requirements, often completing matters within strict and tight deadlines.

He has developed a close working relationship with many of the region’s estate agents which have proven to increase and simplify communication throughout the property chain, resulting in an overall smoother transaction for his clients.

In addition to Paul’s general commercial property knowledge, he also has considerable experience of advising clients within the agricultural sector including the acquisition and disposal of farms and land.

Paul completed his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Leicester and then completed his post-graduate Common Professional Examination in Law and his Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University, whilst employed by the firm.
