Aston Lark Group, which is backed by Bowmark Capital, has completed the purchase of Ingram Hawkins and Nock, a high quality Chartered Insurance Broker based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands.

Our corporate finance experts Martyn Brierley and William Bowler advised Liz Foster and Neale Ingram of Ingram Hawkins and Nock, with the international law firm, Eversheds Sunderland, acting on behalf of Aston Lark. Martyn commented on the deal:

“It was a pleasure to advise Liz and Neale on the sale of their long established and well respected independent insurance brokerage, Ingram Hawkins and Nock, to the Aston Lark Group. Having previously advised the vendors of Bell & Co in Derby on the sale of their insurance brokerage to the Aston Lark Group in 2017, we already understood Aston Lark’s constructive approach to transactions and were able to effectively and efficiently advise Liz and Neale to a successful conclusion of their disposal. The Ingram Hawkins and Nock business is a natural fit into Aston Lark’s wider group and I am sure will help further develop the valuable schemes and niches which Ingram Hawkins and Nock has successfully built.”

Liz Foster, Managing Director and Shareholder of Ingram Hawkins and Nock, added:

“I would like to thank William and Martyn for all their advice and assistance in getting our disposal over the line. They were there at all times and gave valued guidance.”
