Deal
The family-owned business J F Beale Ltd has been trading for over 30 years but owners Steven and Jenny Beale decided the time was right to find a buyer and retire.
The business has been sold to Anglesey-based independent builders merchant Huws Gray, which now has a total of 46 trading sites across the UK.
