Dawn Bray is a Senior Employment Coordinator, who joined our Employment team in September 2025.
She provides expert administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring client queries are handled efficiently and the department operates seamlessly. Dawn is highly organised, detail-oriented, and known for her practical, down-to-earth approach.
She builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues, helping the team deliver tailored employment advice and solutions, and plays a key role in maintaining departmental processes, client databases, and aged debt management.

With over 25 years experience, Dawn has a vast knowelge of the requirments of a support and administrative function.
Over this time, she has gained extensive experience drafting employment documents, liaising with clients and counsel, and preparing both internal and external client seminars. She has also led projects to improve departmental efficiency, including implementing new protocols and working practices.
Her long-standing experience and deep knowledge enable her to provide reliable, practical support across all aspects of the team’s work.
