He is also responsible for supporting the firm’s growth initiatives, including geographic expansion, investment opportunities and operational transformation.

Mark has more than 15 years of experience across the legal and financial services sectors, having held senior finance, financial planning and analysis, and commercial leadership roles within both professional services firms and global organisations.
Prior to joining Flint Bishop, Mark served as a senior finance leader at Browne Jacobson, where he played a significant role in a period of sustained growth. During his tenure, the firm increased revenue from £70 million to £130 million over five years, while also improving profitability through disciplined financial management, enhanced reporting and targeted commercial initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Mark held senior financial planning and analysis positions with leading international businesses including Equifax, Experian and Capital One. These roles provided extensive experience in financial strategy, business performance management, forecasting, investment appraisal and organisational transformation.
Throughout his career, Mark has developed a strong track record of helping organisations scale effectively, improve financial performance and build finance functions that deliver meaningful commercial insight. His experience spans strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting, business transformation, financial governance and the implementation of technology-enabled finance solutions.
