Oksana Hudson is a Partner in our Financial Services Dispute Resolution team, based in Leeds.

With over 10 years’ PQE, Oksana advises banks, building societies, and other financial institutions on complex, high-value disputes and regulatory matters across the financial services sector. She is recognised for her commercially focused approach, providing clear and commercially focused advice on banking litigation and strategic advice on secured lending disputes and wider financial services issues.

As a Partner, Oksana plays a leading role in the development and management of the team. She oversees complex litigation, supports key client relationships, and contributes to the department’s strategic growth and business development initiatives.

Oksana has extensive experience in financial services dispute resolution, having held senior roles at leading UK and international law firms.

Prior to joining Flint Bishop, she was a Senior Associate at TLT LLP, where she acted for major financial institutions. Her work focused on banking disputes and regulatory compliance matters with a particular emphasis on complex litigation.

Before this, Oksana spent nine years at Clyde & Co, progressing to Senior Associate in the insurance costs and casualty team. She advised insurers and public bodies on complex litigation and costs disputes, achieving significant cost savings through strategic case management and negotiation.

Oksana began her legal career at Horwich Farrelly, specialising in defendant insurance litigation, where she managed a high-volume caseload of legal costs disputes.

Her broad private practice experience gives her a strong commercial perspective and a detailed understanding of the regulatory, operational and risk pressures faced by financial services clients.
