She specialises in guiding clients through both straightforward and high-value residential property matters with clarity and precision with work covering all aspects of residential property, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers, gifts, investment property, portfolio management, and re-finance. She regularly advises private homeowners, Diocesan Boards of Finance, and institutional investors, ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently and with commercial insight.

Known for being down-to-earth and approachable, Sarah prioritises client care, delivering clear, practical advice while embracing technology to make the property process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Sarah joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having previously spent over 20 years at Lupton Fawcett, where she built extensive expertise in residential property and progressed through senior roles.

Sarah began her legal career training as a barrister before moving into residential property. Throughout her career, she has managed high-value and complex property portfolios, advised institutional and private clients, and developed a reputation for meticulous, client-focused advice.

She is a current committee member at the Law Society, actively shaping the management and regulation of law firms across the county.
