Victoria Buchanan joined Flint Bishop in September 2025 as an apprentice in our Residential Conveyancing department.

In her role, Victoria supports the team across a wide range of conveyancing tasks, including preparing documentation, liaising with clients, progressing matters through to completion, and assisting with property transactions from instruction to post-completion. She plays an active part in ensuring that cases move forward efficiently, keeping both clients and colleagues well informed throughout the process.

Having recently completed her LLB (Hons) Law degree at the University of Law, Victoria is now undertaking her SQE qualifications while gaining practical legal experience. Known for her organised and structured approach, she takes pride in managing her workload with accuracy and attention to detail. Her kind, thoughtful, and motivated nature ensures that she builds positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Victoria began her career in the legal sector when she joined Lupton Fawcett in June 2022 as a receptionist and admin assistant.

Alongside her role, she pursued her legal studies, balancing a full-time law degree with part-time work. In April 2023, she was promoted to Business Support Services Assistant, a position she held until August 2025. During this time, she built valuable skills in client service, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

Her commitment to continuous development has seen her progress into her current role as a trainee solicitor, where she combines her academic studies with practical training. Victoria has gained experience across business support, client exposure, and adapting to new IT systems, all of which have strengthened her adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

Her journey demonstrates her dedication, resilience, and readiness to take on new challenges, making her a valued member of the firm as she continues her progression towards qualification.
