Samantha is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Wills, Trusts, and Estate claims.

She advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including inheritance disputes under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, executor and beneficiary disagreements, trust disputes, validity of wills, funeral disputes, and proprietary estoppel claims.

Known for her pragmatic and straight-talking approach, Samantha works closely with clients to achieve practical solutions, often navigating complex claims that involve jurisdictional elements.

Samantha joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having previously worked at a nationally recognised law firm in Yorkshire specialising in estate litigation.

She acts for clients both nationally and internationally, bringing a wealth of experience in defending and pursuing complex claims. Notable cases include Lettice v Lettice [2022] EWHC 3013 (Ch), where she successfully defended an Inheritance Act claim, resulting in the claimant losing and being ordered to pay indemnity costs.

Samantha is a member of CONTRA (The Contentious Trusts Association) and a full member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists), reflecting her commitment to professional development and expertise in this specialised area.
