Flint Bishop’s corporate finance team in Derby has advised the shareholders of Wear & Spillage Supplies Limited (WSS) on its sale to Materials Handling Products (MHP), marking a significant milestone in the development of both companies.
Swadlincote-based MHP is one of the leading providers of rubber and polyurethane screen media, wear-resistant linings, impact protection, and spillage control equipment to the minerals extraction, processing, and waste and recycling industries.
Mark Wilcock, corporate and finance senior associate at Flint Bishop, who led on the legal advice for the shareholders of WSS said:
