Interface Polymers Ltd is an organisation that was developed following polymer synthesis research at the University of Warwick in early 2016. Now boasting a growing list of customer collaborations and new headquarters offices in Loughborough, the firm is taking leaps in the industry towards its ambitious goal of becoming a global leader in polyolefin additives.

This further investment will enable the firm to continue expanding its product range and scaling up manufacturing capacity to meet fast-growing customer demand. Phil Smith, Chief Executive Officer at Interface Polymers Ltd, said:

“We are delighted to have 24Haymarket and their investors on board. We have a fast-growing queue of customers waiting to trial our Polarfin® additives so this funding will enable us to scale up production and further develop our value propositions across a diverse range of exciting applications.”

Our Corporate & Finance team has extensive experience in advising on business investment deals across England and Wales, with this project being led by Rachel Bennett, who commented on the financing deal:

“We are delighted to have advised Phil Smith and the team at Interface Polymers Ltd on this investment from 24Haymarket; another exciting stage in the business’ growth and development.”
