Richard Etherington is a Senior Associate Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate in the Regulatory & Corporate Defence team.

Since qualifying in 2012, he has built a specialist practice in criminal defence, representing clients in some of the most serious and complex cases. Straight-talking, pragmatic, and dedicated, Richard is recognised for his advocacy and client care, providing clear guidance at every stage of proceedings.
