Stacey supports both employers and employees across all areas of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular expertise in TUPE and corporate support work.

Stacey’s impressive career includes leading employment law teams at several high-profile law firms. She is also an experienced tribunal advocate with High Court litigation experience arising from employment disputes.
Her expertise extends to advising on corporate transactions, restructuring, and strategic HR issues for clients in both the public and private sectors. Stacey works closely with clients to ensure that when acquiring or selling a business, disruption to staff is kept to a minimum.
