We are pleased to announce that Christopher Dibb has joined Flint Bishop as a Credit Hire Associate within our Insurance Litigation team, based in Leeds.

Christopher brings more than 15 years’ experience in the legal sector, having developed a specialist career across defendant road traffic accident claims, Large Loss, personal injury, fraud and credit hire.

Most recently, Christopher was Technical Lead for Credit Hire at Carpenters, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of its credit hire offering. His role included acting as a senior contact for insurer clients and overseeing litigated credit hire claims.

Prior to this, Christopher spent more than ten years at Plexus Law, progressing from Trainee Solicitor to Associate Partner and later Head of Credit Hire Strategy. During this time, he developed firm-wide credit hire strategies, led teams, analysed performance data and worked closely with insurer clients to develop commercially focused approaches to claims.

Christopher has also represented the wider industry through his involvement with FOIL’s Credit Hire Sector Focus Team and OIC Team, adding further depth to his specialist experience in this area.

In his new role, Christopher will manage a caseload of credit hire claims while supporting the continued development of our offering in Leeds and sharing his technical expertise with colleagues across the wider Insurance Litigation team.

His appointment adds significant credit hire experience, established insurer relationships and a commercially focused approach as we continue to develop our Insurance Litigation capability and specialist offering for insurer clients.

We are pleased to welcome Christopher to Flint Bishop and look forward to the contribution he will make to the continued development of our Credit Hire offering.
