As we continue to invest in the infrastructure, systems and processes supporting our national growth, we are pleased to welcome Toni Bulley as Head of Business Operations and a member of our Executive Team.

Toni brings extensive experience across business operations, people, governance, compliance and organisational development, having held senior leadership positions within legal services and other complex, multi-site organisations.

Most recently, Toni was Head of Business Support at Trade Union Legal, with responsibility spanning business operations, people, IT, health and safety, facilities and supplier management.

Prior to this, she was Director of People at a multi-disciplinary legal services business operating across 22 sites and 15 entities with more than 600 employees. In this role, Toni led the HR, recruitment and training functions while supporting systems implementation, process improvement, workforce planning and management information.

Her wider career has included senior roles with CMD Limited, TAC Healthcare and Servelec, providing considerable experience of supporting organisations through periods of growth, acquisition, integration and operational change.

As Head of Business Operations, Toni will have strategic responsibility for our administrative and client services, facilities and workplace management, procurement and supplier relationships, alongside governance, risk and business continuity.

A key focus will be ensuring the firm’s processes and ways of working continue to evolve as Flint Bishop grows, supporting greater efficiency, service quality and the experience we provide to clients and colleagues.

Toni will also support our wider growth strategy, including the development of new offices and practice groups, potential acquisitions and their successful integration.

She is CIPD Level 7 qualified, holds the IOSH Managing Safely qualification and is currently studying towards CMI Level 7.

Toni’s appointment adds further senior operational expertise to the firm as we continue to invest in the infrastructure and leadership required to support Flint Bishop’s long-term growth strategy.
