We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Smyth has qualified as a Solicitor and joined our Commercial Property team, following the successful completion of her training contract.

Rebecca began her legal career with Lupton Fawcett in August 2023, joining as a Paralegal within its Residential Property team. She secured her training contract and became a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024, before joining Flint Bishop in September 2025.

During her training contract, Rebecca has developed broad experience across Residential Property, Dispute Management, Repossession Conveyancing and Commercial Property. This varied experience has provided her with a strong foundation across property and dispute-related matters as she begins the next stage of her legal career.

Rebecca completed her final training contract seat within our Commercial Property team, where she will now continue her career as a qualified Solicitor.

Since joining the firm, Rebecca has demonstrated excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to her work. She has consistently provided high-quality support to colleagues and clients and established herself as a valued and trusted member of the team.

Her qualification marks a significant professional achievement and the culmination of the experience, development and commitment demonstrated throughout her training contract.

We look forward to seeing Rebecca continue to develop her career with Flint Bishop and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Commercial Property team.
