We are pleased to welcome Linzi Beardsley to Flint Bishop as a Solicitor in our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, based in Derby.

Linzi joins the firm having recently qualified as a Solicitor following the completion of her training contract with JMW Solicitors LLP.

During her training, she developed experience across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, succession planning and wealth preservation. Working closely with experienced private wealth practitioners, Linzi also gained experience supporting a diverse client base across different aspects of estate and succession planning.

Prior to joining JMW, Linzi spent two years at Actons Solicitors within its Personal Injury department. There, she supported litigation matters, prepared legal documentation and managed communications with courts, medical agencies and counsel, providing her with a broader grounding in legal practice before moving into private client work.

As part of our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, Linzi will build on the private wealth experience developed during her training contract. She will advise individuals and families across wills, probate and estate administration, tax and trusts, working alongside colleagues to provide practical and client-focused support.

Linzi’s appointment adds further capacity to our Derby-based private client offering as we continue to develop the support available to individuals and families across the region.

We look forward to supporting Linzi as she begins the next stage of her legal career with Flint Bishop.
