Flint Bishop nominated for “Legal advisors to education institutions” at the Education Investor Awards 2015
Flint Bishop has fought off fierce competition to be nominated for the ‘legal advisors to education institutions’ in this year’s Education Investor Awards.
The awards are organised by the Education Investor magazine which has been around for almost seventy years. They aim to keep the education industry up to date with news, analysis, helpful information as well as policy changes in their monthly magazine.
Since 2010 they have been recognising excellence in five categories: Advisory, Education Infrastructure, Education Providers, Suppliers and the Grand-Prix which covers mixed awards including an outstanding contribution award.
The ceremony, which is scheduled for 11 November 2015 at The Brewery, London – will see 28 awards handed out during the glamorous black-tie evening.
This is the second time in the last two years that Flint Bishop has been nominated for such a prestigious award and is up against competition from firms with a combined turnover of £650m including DAC Beachcroft, Eversheds and Browne Jacobson.
Robert Tice said;
“We’re delighted with the shortlist again this year. Not only have the team been working hard to secure and support more schools in both our local and national market, but the entire firm has also been contributing to offering an all-round service for these establishments including our Litigation, Contracts and Property departments as well as our newly launched initiative which aims to support entrepreneurs in the area. These initiatives have allowed us to partner with our local University as well as Derby College.
I’m extremely proud to all of the efforts of our staff at Flint Bishop and these awards evidence the hard work they have been putting in. Well done to everyone involved and I very much look forward to the awards evening in November.”
