We are pleased to announce that Nazia Kausar has joined our Employment team as a Senior Associate at our Derby office.
Nazia brings a wealth of experience advising clients on all areas of employment law, adeptly navigating legal processes and providing practical, commercially minded guidance.
With over 17 years of experience in employment law and HR, Nazia has extensive knowledge of advising small to medium-sized businesses from a wide range of industry sectors. Her pragmatic approach is characterised by her commitment to thoroughly understanding her client’s unique circumstances and requirements to achieve the desired outcome.
Nazia regularly supports employers with conducting internal HR procedures, including managing complex investigations and disciplinary and grievance procedures. Her vast experience also encompasses TUPE, restrictive covenants, drafting bespoke settlement agreements for clients, and negotiating mutually agreeable settlement packages.
Her expertise will be a significant asset to our clients, and we wish her the best in her new role.
