We are pleased to announce that Charlotte Harris has joined Flint Bishop as a Partner in our Commercial Property team, based in Sheffield, further strengthening our real estate capability and continued growth across South Yorkshire.

Charlotte joins the firm from Knights and brings more than 20 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of sectors, including investment, healthcare, banking, energy, renewables and waste.

Her expertise spans acquisitions and disposals, development projects, secured lending, refinancing and complex commercial property transactions. She has particular strength within the healthcare sector, advising funders and care home operators on property matters, alongside significant experience supporting clients operating within the waste and renewables industries.

Having spent much of her career in Sheffield, Charlotte brings an in-depth understanding of the local commercial property market. She has developed a strong track record of advising on high-value and strategically important transactions, providing clients with practical and commercially focused advice.

Charlotte’s appointment represents a further investment in our Sheffield office and adds additional senior expertise to our growing Commercial Property team. It also supports the firm’s continued expansion across its real estate, corporate and wider deals capability in the region.

Following the opening of our new Grade A Sheffield office and a series of senior legal appointments, we are continuing to strengthen our presence across South Yorkshire and the wider North of England, bringing together locally based expertise with the capabilities of a nationally connected, full-service law firm.

We are delighted to welcome Charlotte to Flint Bishop and look forward to the experience and expertise she will bring to our clients, Commercial Property team and continued growth in the region.
