We are pleased to announce that Karen Jacombs has joined Flint Bishop as Client Relationship Manager within our Debt Services department, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across operations, customer contact, debt collection and client management.

Karen has developed extensive experience across the energy and Business Process Outsourcing sectors, working in operational and client-facing roles within busy and highly regulated environments.

Most recently, she spent more than five years with The Sigma Financial Group as Senior Client Operations Manager, where she was responsible for managing complex client relationships and overseeing varied lines of business within a large collections operation.

Throughout her career, Karen has developed particular strengths in client relationship management, operational leadership and service improvement. Her experience within debt collection has also provided her with a strong understanding of client expectations, regulatory requirements and the importance of delivering fair and appropriate outcomes.

In her new role, Karen will focus on developing and strengthening relationships across our Debt Services client base, supporting client governance and continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities to enhance the services we provide.

Her appointment adds further client management expertise to our Debt Services operation as the firm continues to invest in its capabilities and support the continued growth of the department.

We are pleased to welcome Karen to Flint Bishop and look forward to the experience she will bring to our clients and wider Debt Services team.
