We are pleased to announce that Yuval Shalev has joined Flint Bishop as a Solicitor in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team, based in Leeds, adding further commercial litigation capability to our growing operation in the city.

Yuval joins the firm from MSR Solicitors, where he developed a broad commercial disputes practice across a varied and complex caseload.

His experience spans contractual and commercial disputes, company and shareholder matters, property and construction disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and restructuring, insurance and complex tort claims. This breadth of work has provided Yuval with experience across a wide range of commercial issues and an ability to quickly identify the key issues at the heart of a dispute.

Yuval takes a practical approach to resolving disputes, with experience advising clients on strategy and risk, progressing complex matters and identifying opportunities to reach an effective resolution. He has worked across negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and litigation, including advocacy and working alongside counsel on more complex matters.

Alongside his disputes practice, Yuval brings valuable in-house experience advising on commercial contracts and corporate matters. This has given him additional insight into the wider commercial pressures and priorities businesses face and complements his experience in resolving contentious issues.

Yuval’s appointment further strengthens our national Commercial Dispute Resolution capability while adding further expertise to our growing Leeds office. His experience complements the established strengths of the wider team as we continue to expand the specialist dispute resolution support available to clients across the country.

We are pleased to welcome Yuval to Flint Bishop and look forward to the contribution he will make to our Commercial Dispute Resolution team and continued growth in Leeds.
