We are supporting two major events in the Ashbourne social calendar.

The Ashbourne Festival, which started on Friday 19 June 2015, runs for two weeks and ends on Sunday 05 July. A variety of entertainment will be brought to the area, including art exhibitions, music, poetry, comedy, International Streetfest and a picnic in the park. Thousands of people attend the events in Ashbourne over the two weeks and we are delighted to be sponsoring the sell-out comedy show, taking place on Friday 03 July 2016.

The Ashbourne Show, which takes place on Saturday 15 August 2015, is celebrating its 124th appearance and we have pledged our support for this agricultural show. There will be displays from local branches of the Women’s Institute, Vintage Tractor Club, Young Farmers and Ashbourne Camera Clubs. There are also various marquees with a number of activities such as dog shows, a bouncy castle, Punch and Judy shows and plenty more for younger audiences to enjoy.

Paul Sabin commented:

“We are delighted to be supporting two large-scale events in Ashbourne this year, both of which involve the local community and surrounding villages. I have been attending these events for some time and there is always something new to see and do. It has been a pleasure to give something back to the community and I very much look forward to attending them both”
