Natalie Palmer has joined the firm as Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor.

With over 10 years’ experience in senior executive roles, Natalie is an accomplished senior executive with strong expertise in the professional services sector, including insurance brokering, banking and finance.
As part of Natalie’s previous role, she reported directly to the board of directors, providing critical support in managing multiple projects, including most recently supporting the demerger of the business, office relocation and the Government Pension Auto Enrolment process.
She has also gained many years of experience as a senior account handler and customer executive working for a range of companies including Towergate Insurance, Swinton Insurance, RBS Insurance and NatWest Bank.
Natalie will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor, both in the operational running of the business and on the delivery of projects throughout the firm. Key tasks will include diary management, project coordination and follow-up, attendance at executive level meetings (including board meetings) and completing and managing projects to support key functions. This appointment should provide Qamer with significant support to enable him to further drive strategies and growth across the firm.
A number of further strategic appointments are to be expected in the coming weeks and months.
