We are pleased to announce that Beverley Beale has joined us as a Court of Protection Senior Associate within our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts department.

Beverley is a highly experienced Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with 27 years of expertise in managing property and financial affairs for individuals who lack the capacity to do so themselves. She is a member of the Court of Protection Practitioners’ Association (CoPPA) and the Office of the Public Guardian Panel of professional deputies, personally acting as Deputy for a substantial caseload of protected parties.

Beverley joins us from Weightmans LLP, where she was Head of the Court of Protection Team. She has also worked at a number of reputable firms, such as Jones & Duffin Solicitors and Geldards LLP, where she developed her extensive expertise in estate administration, wills, trusts, and tax planning. Additionally, she has provided expert witness opinions and delivered training and seminars to professional groups.

In her new role, Beverley will work closely with the team to provide expert legal guidance to clients and their families, ensuring the highest standards of service in Court of Protection matters. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in this area will undoubtedly make her an excellent addition to the team, further strengthening our capabilities and commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.
