The Credit Awards, known as ‘the Oscars of the industry’, recognise and celebrate innovation, best practice and the hard work of individuals, business divisions and pan-global conglomerates across the entire credit and financial services industry.

This is the third time in four years that Flint Bishop has been presented with this accolade, having been previously won the award in 2020 and 2018. Winning this award represents the exemplary performance of the firm’s Debt Recovery team for its achievements in the volumes of successful recovery results, best-in-class customer service and continued investments in improvements.

Flint Bishop were also highly commended in the ‘Collections & Recoveries Service Provider of the Year’ category which was announced at the flagship awards ceremony which took place at Grosvenor House in London on 29 June.
