Based in the Derby office, Mark Wilcock joins the firm having previously spent over 10 years as a solicitor with Smith Partnership. Mark specialises in corporate transactions advising a range of organisations from owner-managed to international companies.

He has considerable experience on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies, management buy-in and buy-outs, share buybacks, complex restructuring and shareholder/investment agreements.
