Based in the Derby office, Mark Wilcock joins the firm having previously spent over 10 years as a solicitor with Smith Partnership. Mark specialises in corporate transactions advising a range of organisations from owner-managed to international companies.
He has considerable experience on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies, management buy-in and buy-outs, share buybacks, complex restructuring and shareholder/investment agreements.
Mark said: “I am delighted to be joining Flint Bishop. The chance to join such an experienced and established corporate team was simply too good an opportunity to miss. The firm has an impressive and well-established client base across a variety of sectors, and I am excited to be a part of their growth plans for the future.”
