We’re pleased to announce that Joseph Weston has rejoined our Employment team as a Solicitor, based at our Derby office.
Joe brings a wealth of experience in advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He has a strong background in representing employees in Employment Tribunal proceedings and has successfully managed a wide range of employment claims, from unlawful deductions to complex discrimination cases. Additionally, Joe regularly advises employees on settlement agreements, providing clear guidance and robust negotiation on their behalf.
Joe’s extensive experience advocating for employees gives him valuable insights when advising employers. He is committed to delivering pragmatic, proactive, and cost-effective counsel. His well-rounded perspective enables him to anticipate potential issues and offer balanced advice.
