Flint Bishop has appointed Brinder Vijsir as Head of Technology Innovation, a strategic addition that reinforces the firm’s commitment to harnessing technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency, client service delivery, and business operations.

Brin joins the firm from Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers, where he spent four years as Head of Technology Change, leading digital transformation and IT strategy. Prior to this, he spent over 20 years at Simplify, holding a number of roles, most recently serving as Group Senior Business Analyst.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale digital initiatives, introducing AI-driven strategies to support business growth, implementing case and practice management systems across multiple locations, and rolling out cutting-edge solutions to streamline client services.

With a strong background in project management, change leadership, and IT governance, Brin has championed innovative approaches to change management, fostering collaboration and helping teams embrace new technologies.
