Flint Bishop is pleased to announce the addition of five highly experienced conveyancing professionals to its Residential Conveyancing team in Derby, following the recent liquidation of John M Lewis & Co, part of PM Law.

The appointments significantly bolster the firm’s Midlands operation, which is now 15-strong under the leadership of Sukhy Kandola. The new team members bring extensive local knowledge, long-standing client relationships, and expertise across a broad spectrum of residential property matters, ensuring continuity and stability for clients in the region.

New team members include:

Lisa Wills – Conveyancing Partnerships Manager

Formerly Group Head of Regional Legal Services and previous owner of John M Lewis & Co, Lisa brings decades of experience in business development, operations, and strategic management to Flint Bishop’s Derby operations.

Liz Knott – Lead Conveyancer & Q&A

A licensed conveyancer with over 35 years of experience, Liz will oversee best practice across the team while managing her own caseload of residential transactions.

Kunal Parekh – Conveyancing Executive

Formerly Group Head of Regional Legal Services and previous owner of John M Lewis & Co, Lisa brings decades of experience in business development, operations, and strategic management to Flint Bishop’s Derby operations.

Jacqueline Byrd – Conveyancing Executive

Jacqueline has recently qualified as a licensed conveyancer and brings a strong track record managing sales and purchase transactions for a diverse client base.

Jade Brumpton – Conveyancing Assistant

Jade will support the team in delivering high-quality service across all residential transactions.
