LexisNexis is the leading provider of information and business solutions in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting and academic markets throughout the UK.

The 200-year-old business has over 1,000 employees in the UK alone and is part of global business, Reed Elsevier Group PLC, a FTSE 100 company with a multi-million-pound turnover.

We have been the sole provider of UK debt recovery services to the company since 2010 and a new contract will see us continuing to provide services to LexisNexis for at least the next five years.

Our Debt Recovery team works hard to provide exceptionally high-quality and efficient service, which has seen the recovery of millions of pounds’ worth of debt owed to LexisNexis. Qamer Ghafoor, who leads our Debt Recovery team, comments on the deal:

“Over the years, we have forged a strong working relationship with LexisNexis in the UK. The commitment by them to extend their exclusive debt recovery contract with us for a further five years evidences the quality of the work that our Debt Recovery team is producing. I am confident that they will continue with this high level of collections into our partnership.”
