We are pleased to announce that Erica Wakeman has joined our Family & Matrimonial team as a solicitor.
Arriving from Sills & Betteridge Solicitors, Erica advises individuals on divorce and separation, including agreements for finances and child contact.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2021, Erica has dealt with a wide range of family law matters, representing clients with complex issues affecting their separations, in often highly emotional cases involving arrangements for children. She has also acted for a number of high-net-worth individuals where significant assets have been at stake.
As a member of divorce and separation organisation, Resolution, she prides herself in working by their ethos of exploring every possible avenue to resolve disputes without the need to go to court.
Highly regarded as approachable and receptive to her clients’ often difficult circumstances, Erica will be an excellent addition to our Family & Matrimonial team.
