We are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Shaw as Senior Data Analyst. Joining us from TDX Group, Helen brings with her a wealth of experience gained in a range of sectors, including Insurance and Debt Recovery, where she has worked for over seven years.

Helen’s role as Senior Data Analyst will involve developing internal MI suites and reports to enable Operational Team Leaders to better understand their portfolios, providing insight on client portfolios, and identifying trends across the business. She will also lead and manage champion/challenger strategies and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to present findings and provide solutions.

Reporting directly to Jamie Pearson, Data Analytics Manager, Helen’s appointment underlines our commitment to data-driven operations and sustained growth. The firm is delighted to welcome Helen to the team and is looking forward to working with her to drive better outcomes for existing and future clients.
