For the sixth year running, our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team has been ranked in Band 1 for Private Wealth Law in Derby and surrounds in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide.

Published by Chambers and Partners, the directory identifies and ranks the most outstanding law firms and lawyers in over 180 jurisdictions in the world, and Flint Bishop is the only firm in the region to meet its ‘gold standard’ in the Private Wealth Law category.

We are also pleased to confirm that Claire Rudkin has once again been ranked as a Band 1 individual, along with Will Harper being recommended for the first time as an ‘Up and Coming’ lawyer.

The majority of Chambers Research is conducted by interviewing clients, during which, one individual commented: “Their breadth and depth of knowledge and capability is excellent”. Another interviewee added that the team “responded to our needs clearly and efficiently at all times”.

The guide went on to describe Claire as “well regarded for her knowledge in cross-border and high value tax planning”, in addition to receiving client feedback including “Claire is prompt, clear and concise with her advice at all times”.

Will also received high praise, being acknowledged as “highly professional and efficient, yet approachable, responsive, and compassionate. I could not fault him”.

Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “I would like to personally congratulate Claire, Will, and the entire WPTT team for continually delivering excellence and achieving this rank for the firm year after year. The rankings, coupled with such positive comments from our clients, are demonstrative of the outstanding service we pride ourselves on.”
